Customer Service Coordinator - Wholesale Prescription
FROM THE WORKSITE...

That age-old adage “Rome wasn’t built in a day” may be a cliché but everyone has to start somewhere. From humble beginnings we began shipping protective eyewear from our bedroom. With support from our amazing community of customers SafeStyle quickly outgrew our original worksite. Well that, and Dad wanted us out of the house. Fast-forward a few years and we’re growing rapidly and need to put out a call for help.

Our mission has, and always will be, simple: to provide fashion-forward protective eyewear that anyone can wear from the worksite to the weekend.

With our roots firmly planted in home soil, we collaborate with some of the biggest names in Australia and seek to set a footprint globally. Our goal is world domination, but not at the expense of Mother Nature. We aspire to give back to the community and put the environment at the forefront of everything we do.

Are You A Legend?

In this hands-on role, you’ll join our Wholesale Prescription team, supporting our B2B partners and customers with prescription orders.

You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, the person customers trust to get things sorted, and the one making sure every order and prescription detail is handled accurately and efficiently.

This role suits someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys helping customers and is comfortable working in a structured/process-driven environment.

For now, this role is work-from-home, so you’ll need to be self-motivated, reliable and able to stay connected with the team while working independently.

A Day In The Life Of You...
  • Answering inbound calls and supporting wholesale prescription customers
  • Assisting with product, order and prescription enquiries
  • Managing prescription orders end-to-end
  • Monitoring order progress and keeping customers updated
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a calm, professional way
  • Accurately entering prescription data into systems and portals
  • Ensuring all prescription information is correct, complete and handled with care
  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Service and internal teams to keep orders moving
  • Supporting general admin tasks across the wholesale team
  • Maintaining organised, accurate and up-to-date records across systems
Skills That Pay Tha Billz!

We don’t expect perfection - but these will help you nail it:

  • Experience in customer service (B2B, optical or prescription experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy
  • Confident speaking with customers over the phone
  • Comfortable working in systems (NetSuite or similar ERP experience a bonus)
  • Clear communication skills and a professional approach
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive mindset - you take ownership and follow things through
  • Reliable and self-motivated, especially in a work-from-home environment
