If your order's tracking hasn't updated in an extended period, your parcel may be lost in transit. Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.

Please note that SafeStyle is unable to accept missing shipment claims where more than 31 days have passed since the last tracking update. We encourage you to get in touch as soon as you notice a delay to ensure your claim can be reviewed.
