Accessories Returns & Exchanges

Returns are Easy - but must strictly adhere to the SafeStyle®️ manufacturer Warranty Policy.

To begin a return please email enquiries@safestyle.com.au with your order number and details on your return. Please know that all returns must be in original condition, must be 100% re-saleable condition, and have all original paperwork along with the receipt. Damaged or worn products cannot be returned.

All warranty claims must be submitted to: enquiries@safestyle.com.au

Accessories Warranty

SafeStyle® Accessories (including SafeStyle® Lens Cleaner and Anti-fog spray) are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect arises within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that items damaged by you, through other means, or due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

If the product is deemed faulty and you notify us in writing within 30 days (from date of purchase), SafeStyle® will replace the product with the equivalent product purchased free of charge (including return delivery) or refund. Please be aware that we can only provide a replacement with the same product in the same size, contingent upon availability. In cases where replacement is not feasible, you are entitled to a complete refund.

In addition, the SafeStyle® Manufacturers warranty policy does not cover:

- Any modifications or repairs not authorised by SafeStyle®

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or carelessness (e.g., scratches from dropping, lenses damage due to being left in high temperatures)

- Damage caused by natural disaster

- Accidental loss or theft

Headwear Warranty

SafeStyle® Worksite To Weekend®️ Flap Caps, Bucket Hats, Caps and Merch Headwear are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect arises within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that items damaged by you, through other means, or due to normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

Hydration Warranty

Your SafeStyle® Big Juicy water bottle is engineered to last and to back this we offer a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from purchase date. The warranty covers any manufacturing faults or defects like leaking, product not insulating hot and cold properly or rough irregular applications on your bottle.

The 1-year limited warranty does not cover general wear and tear including scratching, dents or damage from accidental dropping of your Big Juicy or damage from improper incorrect use and third-party post-manufacturing modifications.

If the product is deemed faulty and you notify us in writing within 30 days (from date of purchase), SafeStyle® will replace the product with the equivalent product purchased free of charge (including return delivery) or refund. Prescription Safety Glasses

SafeStyle® Prescription Safety Glasses Warranty

WHAT IS COVERED:

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Manufacturing defects as determined by SafeStyle®, will have the complete pair replaced to the same specifications, within a period of 12 months from original purchase.

LENS COATINGS
All Coatings are subject to a 2 year manufacturers warranty from original order date. Warranty does not include scratching, heat damage or any other form of mistreatment and general wear and tear. Warranty replacement lenses must be the
same prescription and specifications as the original.

WARRANTY AND CLAIM PERIODS
Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be received within 12 months of the original order. Coating claims must be received within 2 years of the original order date.

CANCELLED / ALTERED ORDERS
SafeStyle processes all orders immediately upon receipt.

IN ADDITION, The SafeStyle® warranty policy does not cover the following:
• Damage caused by natural disaster
• Accidental loss or theft
• Eyewear stored outside of supplied hard case.
• Chemical exposure including sunscreen
• Accidental damage to the frame and / or lens
• Wear and Tear/Scratch

CLAIMS PROCESS:

If you purchased from one of our stockists you must claim the warranty via the retailer from which the product was purchased.

To make a warranty claim, please email enquiries@safestyle.com.au with the below information:

Order Number / Confirmation
• Provide a full description of the fault
• Provide photo(s) of the fault


You will be notified via email once your claim request has been received and you will be communicated next steps.

SafeStyle® may request the warrantied product to be returned where appropriate at your own cost.

If your claim is successful and you returned your product to us, you will be refunded your shipping costs. Returns usually take 18 business days once approved.

SafeStyle®️ Prescription Safety Glasses Return & Exchanges

SafeStyle® prescription safety glasses are custom made to order using your personal prescription details.
For this reason, they cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or if you entered incorrect details when ordering.

Incorrect Prescription or Vision Concerns

If you experience an issue with your vision when using your glasses:

  • Our team may request a copy of your valid prescription to check against your order.
  • If you do not have an up-to-date prescription, we recommend booking an eye test at one of our partner optometrists.
    Once you have a valid prescription, we can assist in updating your glasses.

Safety Glasses

SafeStyle®️ Safety Glasses Return & Exchanges

Returns are Easy - but must strictly adhere to this SafeStyle®️ manufacturer Warranty Policy.

Returns for exchanges may be made by sending your request to enquiries@safestyle.com.au within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Items returned damaged or after 14 days since receipt of shipment - will not be accepted.

To begin a return please email enquiries@safestyle.com.au with your order number and details on your return.

You are responsible for shipping including cost.
We recommend shipping via registered post with Australia Post.

All returns must be in original, 100% re-saleable condition condition including packaging and have all original paperwork along with receipt. Damaged or worn product cannot be returned.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.

SafeStyle® Safety Glasses Warranty

All SafeStyle® non-prescription protective eyewear includes a 30 Day warranty as set out by this SafeStyle® Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy. These warranty terms are strictly subject to the policy and include verifying proof of purchase (invoice). Except for loss or damage caused by gross negligence (duty of care) or wilful misconduct (as reasonably determined by SafeStyle®).

If the product is deemed faulty and you notify us in writing within 30 days (from date of purchase), SafeStyle® will replace the product with the equivalent product purchased free of charge (including return delivery) or refund. Please be aware that we can only provide a replacement with the same product in the same size, contingent upon availability.
