Use the online form below to submit an entry each time you recycle protective eyewear in a collection bin in store.
You must upload a picture of your recycling effort that clearly shows you recycling and brand of protective eyewear at a recycling collection station in store.
You can make multiple entries but must submit the form each time to count for a separate entry. Note that entries are limited to 1 per day, per customer.

Q. Can I submit multiple entries in the Competition?
A. Yes, every time you bring protective eyewear into a collection store, you are able to submit another entry. You must always use the online form to submit every entry.
Please note entries are limited to 1 per day, per customer.
Q. How will the winner be chosen?
A. The competition is a random draw and all winners will be chosen from participating customers. The more entries you have, the more likely you are to win! please note that to be eligible for the major prizes you must return your collected eyewear within the competition window.
Q. Can staff working at a participating store enter in the competition?
A. Bloody oath!
