Recycling Competition T&Cs

1. STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
1.2 Incomplete, inaccurate, or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
1.3 The Promoter is SafeStyle Pty Ltd (ABN 57 328 898 680).
1.4 The promotion is conducted across all States and Territories in Australia.

2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

2.1 Participation is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older during the promotional period.
2.2 Employees, directors, and their immediate families of SafeStyle are ineligible to enter.
2.3 Each participant may enter once per day for in-store entries, and each online purchase of a recycling label constitutes one entry.
2.4 Proof of identity may be required to confirm eligibility.

3. HOW TO ENTER & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

3.1 The promotion runs from 01 December 2024 to 15 January 2025. Entries close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 15 January 2025.
3.2 To enter: Purchase a recycling label online for an automatic entry. Return your waste during the period using a pre-purchased recycling label for an automatic entry. In-store participants must scan the QR code on the SafeStyle Recycling Bin and submit their details along with a photo as evidence.
3.3 Winners will be determined by a random draw from all valid entries. 3.4 The draw will take place on 17 January 2025, and winners will be notified via email and phone.
3.5 There are three epic prize packs to be won.

4. PRIZES

4.1 The total prize pool for this promotion is valued at AUD $600.
4.2 Each prize pack includes: 1 x Worksite to Weekend Backpack ($299.99) 1 x Big Juicy 1L Water Bottle ($59.99) 1 x Worksite to Weekend Flap Cap ($49.99) 1 x SafeStyle Matte Black pair of your choice ($69.99) 1 x SafeStyle Reflector pair of your choice ($79.99) 1 x SafeStyle Clear pair of your choice ($29.99) 1 x SafeStyle Accessories Pack ($47.94)
4.3 If a prize is unavailable, SafeStyle reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Unclaimed prizes after 5 days will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

5. PROMOTER’S RIGHTS

5.1 SafeStyle reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms.
5.2 If the promotion is affected by any event beyond the control of SafeStyle, the Promoter may modify or cancel the promotion as necessary.

6. NO LIABILITY OF THE PROMOTER

6.1 SafeStyle is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with the promotion, except as required by law.
6.2 This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by any social media platform.
6.3 By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6.4 SafeStyle makes no representations or warranties regarding the prizes.
