Bought in Store?

If you have purchased a SafeStyle product through one our stockists and have an issue with your product - your warranty claim should be submitted to the store where the original purchase was made.

This policy is to allow for the stockist to properly process the claim by accessing the product in person and to verify your proof of purchase. This is to ensure that warranty claims are processed in accordance with SafeStyle's Manufactures warranty. You can view our warranty information here.

Please note - SafeStyle is unable to process warranty claims for purchases made through stockists, third-party retailers or resellers. Claims must be made through the original point of sales to ensure the claim meets eligibility requirements and are resolved appropriately.
