XL Hard Case: Primes, Fusions XL, Harps and Auras. HD Hard Case: Converts, Switches, Lites, Rapids, Sonics and Phantoms. The Double Hard Case fits two pairs of any size, including our largest styles. What is the XL Hard Case made of?
The XL Hard Case is made from a durable nylon mix that protects your glasses from knocks, scratches and dust when you're not wearing them. It has an easy-release clip so you can attach it to your toolbelt, bag or esky, plus a moulded SafeStyle zipper head and smooth zip to keep your pair secure.
Do I need a hard case if my glasses came with a pouch?
A pouch keeps dust and fingerprints off, but a hard case protects against the real killers of safety glasses: getting crushed in a toolbox, scratched in a ute console or sat on in the car. Prescription safety glasses come with a SafeStyle hard case, Fusions Performance and Cruisers Performance include an HD hard case, and Phantoms come with their own custom hard case. Most other non-prescription styles come with a microfibre pouch, so a hard case is a worthwhile add-on. Storing your glasses in a case also matters for your warranty, which doesn't cover damage from storing them outside their case or pouch.
What warranty do these come with?
Accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. If SafeStyle confirms a fault, we'll replace it with the same product, or offer a credit or refund if it's unavailable. To claim, email enquiries@safestyle.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault and photos. Normal wear and tear, misuse and loss aren't covered. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return or exchange them?
Yes. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be unworn, in original 100% re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Start your return through the Returns Portal on our website, where you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is free if you selected "Pay Now to Unlock Free Returns" or "Checkout+" at checkout; otherwise it's at your own cost. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Damaged or worn items can't be returned.
