That age-old adage “Rome wasn’t built in a day” may be a cliché but everyone has to start somewhere. From humble beginnings we began shipping protective eyewear from our bedroom. With support from our amazing community of customers SafeStyle quickly outgrew our original worksite. Well that, and Dad wanted us out of the house. Fast-forward a few years and we’re growing rapidly and need to put out a call for help.

Our mission has, and always will be, simple: to provide fashion-forward protective eyewear that anyone can wear from the worksite to the weekend.

With our roots firmly planted in home soil, we collaborate with some of the biggest names in Australia and seek to set a footprint globally. SafeStyle is on the hunt for an Ecomm Operations Lead to help shape our DTC and B2B online presence across Australia and New Zealand. If you’re the type who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves crisp execution and knows how to make a brand look and feel premium online - this one’s for you.
Working closely with the Ecommerce Operations Manager, you’ll help bring campaigns, product launches, updates, content, emails, SMS and everything in between to life; all while keeping our digital ecosystem running smoothly. From Shopify updates and high-impact landing pages to Klaviyo comms and product data support, you’ll play a key role in how SafeStyle shows up online every single day.
 

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, knowledge of HTML & CSS, and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

We all got 'em. Skills that put the bank in the back pocket. We’re after someone who’s been around the marketing block; and still hungry for growth. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of the following (but not limited to):

  • 1–3 years’ experience using Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion or similar platforms.
  • A growth mindset - keen to learn, adapt quickly and get stuck in.
  • Strong eye for detail and passion for clean, high-impact execution.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS (bonus points for Javascript).
  • Excellent communication and a team-first mentality.
  • Curious, organised and comfortable diving into the weeds to make things happen.
  • Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing and lifestyle brands.

We know it's hard to tick all the boxes (so don't worry too much if you don't) but if you want to upgrade your status to full-blown legend, you’ll be around the points below:

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Background ecommerce
  • Experience working in liquid and Shopify

There is no ‘I’ in team - we leave ego at the door - as we are all continually learning, and everyone has something to contribute.

Will include managing the following Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Digital Content & User Experience
  • Roll out multi-channel campaigns across our DTC stores and B2B portals.
  • Upload assets, banners and product content across Shopify.
  • Lead ongoing site maintenance and content updates with accuracy and speed.
  • Build high-impact landing pages for launches, campaigns and brand moments.
  • Maintain content across the SafeStyle app in line with the GTM calendar.
  • Support product data management and inventory tracking.
  • Assist with DTC customer service enquiries as needed.
Outbound Communications
  • Build and schedule EDMs, SMS and outbound comms to our broad audiences.
  • Support list management, segmentation and profile updates in Klaviyo.
Reporting & Administration
  • Provide updates, deadlines and status reporting across projects.
  • Share insights on campaign, launch and online performance.
  • Maintain documentation across projects and our internal Wiki.
Team Collaboration
  • Reporting jointly the Ecommerce and Wholesale Manager, supporting deliverables across both channels.
  • Partner with Sales and the wider Brand team to deliver unified campaign execution.
  • Contribute positively to SafeStyle’s culture and our “Worksite to Weekend” ethos.
