With support from our amazing community of customers, SafeStyle quickly outgrew our original worksite. Well, that and Dad wanted us out of the house. Fast-forward a few years and we’re growing rapidly and need to put out a call for help.

SafeStyle is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, passionate Regional Sales Representative to champion and expand our Protective Eyewear / Brand business in New South Wales (NSW Based).

We are in search of a seasoned (minimum 5+ years’ experience) and self-driven individual capable of managing customer relationships, call cycles, capitalising on opportunities, and contributing to the ongoing growth of our BRAND.

The ideal candidate will be tasked and responsible with delivering revenue increase by implementing category and customer strategies to surpass sales targets on a quarterly / annual basis. Interested? We'd love to hear from you.

 

The successful applicant will need to have a sound understanding of KPI’s and delivering on not only budgets – but key critical success factors for the Brand. We have plenty of company directives and so are looking for an amazing Sales Leader to take the brand to the next level across all aspects of the Sales functions.

We all got 'em. Skills that put the bank in the back pocket. As our new Regional Sales Representative, you’ll need to deliver on Key Responsibilities Additionally have a solid understanding of the below (but not limited to):

  • Ability to work remotely / out of office.
  • You love being part of a National Sales Team and focused on developing your regions retail relationships and delivering excellence via your department.
  • Broad business acumen - you understand business and the way in which departments and functions are related.
  • You have a deep understanding of sales & how to maximise your channels.
  • You are sales-driven, with an intimate knowledge of the products you are selling.
  • You have a solid understanding of the sales/marketing process.
  • You’re skilled at reading the room, understanding the nuance of culture and immersing yourself in the language of a unique business or brand.
  • Your communication skills are world-class, and you are equally comfortable on the shop floor, as you are presenting to our biggest clients and prospects.
  • Even though we’re a young brand, we respect experience and heritage 5+ years of experience in sales would be ideal.
  • KPI & budget driven.
  • You're a fierce protector of the brand.
  • Versed in managing Project Outcomes.

We know it is hard to tick all the boxes (so don't worry too much if you don't) but if you want to upgrade your status to full-blown legend, you’ll be around the points below:

  1. You may come from a safety, surf, lifestyle, adventure, action sports, hardware background (we’re sure there are others we haven’t thought of).
  2. Experience in POS and Merchandising experience would be great.
  3. There's no ‘I’ in team - we leave ego at the door, as we are all continually learning, and everyone has something to contribute.

Will include managing the following Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Deliver & exceed the quarterly & annual net sales targets via refill and forward orders.
  • Comprehending, developing, and executing strategic sales strategies within the territories.
  • Constructively collect feedback and formulating sales plans.
  • Support marketing and product to strategically enhance the customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to boost the presence of our brand as it continues to grow.
  • Self manage Call Cycles / Run Plans to maximise expenses.
  • Working remotely as Head Office is based in Perth, Regional office in QLD.
  • Attend Annual Sales conference at Head Office (Perth).
  • On road within NSW with potential to chase ACT down the line.
